2. Free Trial Period

If applicable, we may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the free trial:

  • You can cancel at any time without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
  • Free trials are typically offered once per user/clinic

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription payment
  • This applies only to the first payment and not to renewal payments
  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team within the 7-day period

3.2 Service Issues

  • If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using essential features
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the affected period

3.3 Billing Errors

  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • If you were charged after cancelling your subscription (subject to verification)
  • Duplicate charges or unauthorized charges

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
  • Partial months or unused time remaining in your billing period

5. Cancellation Policy

7. Refund Processing

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

8.1 Upgrading

  • When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the prorated difference
  • The upgrade takes effect immediately
  • Your billing date remains the same

8.2 Downgrading

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for the difference between plans
  • You retain access to your current plan features until the billing cycle ends

9. Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify or deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for refund requests rather than initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use Rehabiri services in the future.
