Welcome to Rehabiri, a product of Prodynamic Meditech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rehabiri, our physiotherapy practice management platform. By accessing or using Rehabiri, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional or authorized clinic representative to use our services. By using Rehabiri, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use Rehabiri, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Use of Services

You may use Rehabiri for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
  • Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

5. Patient Data and HIPAA Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Rehabiri complies with all applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA (if applicable). You must obtain all necessary consents from patients before entering their information into our platform. Rehabiri provides tools to help you manage patient data securely, but you remain the data controller and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rehabiri, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Rehabiri and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data, information, and content you submit to Rehabiri ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide our services to you. We will not share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.

8. Fees and Payment

Some features of Rehabiri may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with advance notice to you.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to Rehabiri at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content.

10. Disclaimers

REHABIRI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REHABIRI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rehabiri and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Rehabiri shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
